What you need

  • ComputerWindows 10 or 11 (64-bit) at the front desk
  • TabletAny iPad, iPhone or Android tablet
  • NetworkTablet and computer on the same Wi-Fi
  • Your PMSAny system that can print the registration card
  • BackupOptional: a USB drive or NAS

Install in 4 steps

  1. Run the installer

    Open LobbyInk-Setup.exe from your Downloads folder and click Yes when Windows asks for permission.

  2. If Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” box

    This appears for new software from small publishers. Click More info, check the publisher says LobbyInk, then click Run anyway.

    Only download LobbyInk from lobbyink.com.

  3. Print a test card

    The installer adds a printer called LobbyInk Tablet. In your PMS, print any registration card to it.

  4. Set up the tablet

    In LobbyInk, open the Tablets page and scan the two QR codes with the tablet. About 5 minutes. Step-by-step guide

Updating? Just install the new version over the old one, or click Install update in Settings → Updates. Your cards and settings are kept.
